Why do I need to contact you before ordering this gig?
There are a lot of factors that go into creating a website. My availability, your availability, your requirements, and content, etc. Before we commit to a project, we need to be sure that all the pieces are in place and that I can deliver what you need.
What do you need to get started?
First and most important, I'll need to know as much as possible about you and your business, that way I'll be able to make you a site that truly represents you. And I will need your content for all pages, logo and images. And I also need access to your hosting account or existing WordPress website
Do you provide domain and hosting?
No, I do not provide domain and hosting. In order to have full control over the website, it is highly recommended that you purchase these yourself in your name. I will recommend you best hosting so you can just ask me in the inbox and I will send you all steps how to buy.
Can I have your email/contact/skype details so we can communicate easily?
No, I am very sorry for that because this is totally against Fiverr TOS. All communication with the client is to be done in writing via the Fiverr message board. All payment is to be made via Fiverr. I do not accept job offers that go against Fiverr TOS. So you need to communicate via Fiverr inbox.
Will you teach me how to update or edit my website for the future?
Absolutely yes!
What theme are you using?
We use Hello Theme from Elementor to keep the compatibility with the Elementor page builder. So you can eliminate technical debt in the future.
Will I get a theme and plugin update in the future?
Yes. the theme we are using is developed by our developer team and we are using it widely in several marketplaces, so we will update it continuously.
