I will do construction estimation and quantity takeoff

Prepare quantity take-offs from architectural, structural, and MEP drawings, and prepare and update Bills of Quantities (BOQ), material take-offs, and construction cost estimates. Perform quantity calculations using Microsoft Excel, PlanSwift, and AutoCAD. Review drawings and technical specifications to identify material requirements, quantities, and scope of work. Compare supplier quotations and prepare bid comparison sheets. Assist in preparing construction estimates, project budgets, and detailed cost breakdowns. Maintain and update cost databases, including material prices, labor rates, and subcontractor rates. Monitor project costs, evaluate variations, and track budget changes to support accurate cost control and effective project budgeting.
