FAQ
What is the 12 tester requirement for Google Play?
When publishing closed testing tracks on Google Play, developers must have at least 12 unique testers to meet Google’s minimum requirement. Without these testers, your app can’t proceed to review or launch.
Are your testers real people or bots/emulators?
100% real human testers using physical Android devices—no bots, no emulators, no shortcuts. Each tester uses a different device, Android version, and screen size.
Do you provide help with the Google Play Questionnaire and submission process?
Yes! We assist with the Application Content Questionnaire, permissions clarification, and anything else Google might flag—so your submission is rock solid.
Will this help my app get approved faster on the Play Store?
Absolutely! Proper testing by real users across multiple devices significantly increases your app’s chances of passing Google's review on the first attempt.
How long does the full testing process take?
Typically between 5 to 14 days, depending on your app’s complexity and feedback loops. We also offer priority delivery if you're in a rush.
Is my app safe with you? How do you ensure confidentiality?
Your app’s privacy is our top priority. We never share, leak, or publish any files. NDAs can be signed upon request.
Will I get proof or documentation after testing?
Yes! You’ll receive detailed documentation, including tester feedback, device/environment details, screenshots (if needed), and a summary report to use during submission.
What if I need revisions or want to test again after updates?
We offer unlimited revisions during the gig period. If you push new builds, we’ll retest as needed to make sure everything is good to go.
Can you help if I already submitted and got rejected?
Yes! We’ll analyze the rejection reasons and provide targeted testing + improvements to give your app the best shot at getting accepted on the next try.
