Will my live store go down during the upgrade?
No. All work is done on a duplicate (unpublished) theme. Your current live store stays fully online until you approve the new theme and I publish it.
Will I lose my products, collections, or store data?
Never. Products, collections, customers, and orders are stored in Shopify's database — not in the theme. Only the visual layout changes.
Which legacy themes can you migrate from?
Any legacy theme — including Debut, Brooklyn, Narrative, Simple, Supply, Minimal, Venture, Boundless themes.
Do I need to buy the new OS 2.0 theme?
Free OS 2.0 themes (Dawn, Refresh, Sense, etc.) are included free in Shopify. If you want a premium paid theme, you purchase the license and I handle the setup.
Will my SEO rankings drop after the migration?
No — a proper OS 2.0 migration typically improves rankings. I preserve all existing URLs and slugs, optimize meta tags, and improve Core Web Vitals scores.
Can you match my current store's design exactly?
I will faithfully recreate your layout and branding. Exact pixel-for-pixel replication is not possible due to architecture differences, but the look, feel, and color scheme will be preserved and often improved.
What access do you need?
