He was very patient with me specially with my lack of knowledge in Odoo's backend and with me not being tech savvy. Although, I would have appreciated it if I was told in the beginning that the CRM sales person name customization can't be done in my current company Odoo plan but the rest of my many requests were accomplished so I will definitely order again.
