I have worked as an IT Support Engineer and currently as a Technical Support Engineer, so I can help you remotely to clean and optimize your system in a focused, time-boxed session.
What I typically do:
- Clean startup programs and background processes
- Remove bloatware and unnecessary software (with your approval)
- Run basic disk and system checks
- Apply sensible performance settings for daily use or gaming
- Clean browsers (unwanted extensions, cache, etc.)
- Check antivirus/antimalware status and recommend a safe setup
Quick Cleanup: light cleanup for slower PCs (about 45 minutes)
Full Optimization: deeper session for long-neglected systems
Gaming Tune-Up: focused on gaming performance, drivers and settings
You will see everything I do on your screen and can stop the session at any time. I will also explain in simple terms what was changed and how to keep your PC running smoothly.

Is remote access safe?
Yes. You see everything on your screen and can disconnect any time. I only use well-known tools like AnyDesk or TeamViewer and I only change what we agree on.
Can you remove viruses or malware?
In many light or moderate cases we can clean infections and set up proper protection. If your system is heavily infected, I’ll honestly recommend a full backup and fresh Windows install instead of wasting your time.
Will my PC be like new after this?
I can’t change your hardware, but in most normal cases you’ll notice faster startup and smoother everyday use. I’ll also tell you if the main problem is simply that the hardware is too old or weak.
