FAQ
Do you provide hosting/domain name registration?
No, I do not provide hosting/domain name registration. In order to have full control over the website, it is highly recommended that you purchase these yourself in your name. I recommend Bluehost and Hostgator & as very reliable WordPress Hosting companies & usually there most basic package works!
Why should I message you before placing an order?
By doing so I will be able to show you more examples of my work and more importantly, I will be able to tell you if the above packages will cover your site or a custom quote will be needed.
I am ready to proceed, what do I need to start?
I need your Hosting login credentials. If you haven't installed WordPress yet, don't worry. I will install it. Then images and page content (brand style, texts and anything else you will want me to use on your page). A reference or an example page (for me to understand your needs and requirements).
Will you write the content for the website?
I will not provide the content you have to provide me in a one-word file. If you don't have any issues I will add dummy content for the website design.
Can you provide a custom quote for my project?
Of course! Just send me a message and let’s discuss it.
Will I be able to edit my website easily? I know just Basics.
Your website will be fully editable! You will be able to very easily add text & images to all pages with a click! You will be able to edit ecommerce products, their images, descriptions & prices and add unlimited pages and posts too. No programming skills required. I'll give you a video tutorial.
Are you able to create the exact same design of link provided?
Yes I can create the exact same design of sample or link provided. Inbox me the URL of a website you like.
What if your requirements do not meet any of my packages?
Don't worry, just contact me and we will discuss your requirements and we will make a deal according to your requirements.
What if some issue comes up on the website after completion of order? Will you make revisions?
Don't worry about anything. Let me know immediately if you encounter any issues with your site. If you opt for this gig you will receive free maintenance and support for one month for Basic, 3 months for Standard and 1 year for Premium.
