I need your sketches, references, hand drawings, photos, measurements, or a written scope of work. If available, please include site orientation, preferred scale, or project goals.
What files do you provide in delivery?
You’ll receive high-quality PDF drawings and the editable source file (DWG or Revit). If 3D is included, I’ll also provide a lightweight conceptual model.
Do you provide photorealistic 3D renders?
I currently offer conceptual 3D views only for layout reference. I don’t provide high-rendered visuals due to hardware limitations, but the model can be exported if you’d like to outsource rendering.
How can I continue working with you on updates or future phases?
You can message me anytime — I welcome long-term collaboration. Just mention your previous order, and I’ll pick up where we left off or offer a custom quote for the next stage.
Can you follow specific drafting standards (e.g., ISO, AIA)?
