Is this a one-time service or a monthly plan?
Both. The Basic package is a one-time care setup, ideal for a first clean-up. Standard and Premium are monthly plans for ongoing care. Message me first and I will recommend the right one for your site.
What does the monthly report include?
A short, plain-English summary: what was updated, backups taken, any security issues found and fixed, site speed, and anything I recommend for next month. No confusing jargon.
What happens if my site goes down mid-month?
I prioritise it. On the monthly plans, urgent fixes are handled fast, not pushed to the next cycle. Just message me and I will jump on it.
Do you handle PHP or JavaScript issues too?
My core focus is HTML and CSS front-end care. When a fix needs PHP or JavaScript to solve the problem, I handle that as well as part of your plan.
Are small content and design edits included?
Yes. Standard includes about 1 hour of edits per month and Premium about 3 hours. This covers text changes, image swaps, and small layout tweaks. Larger work I quote separately.
Do you need my login details?
Yes, WP-Admin access, and FTP or cPanel for some tasks. Everything stays confidential, and I can use a dedicated maintenance account so you stay in full control.
Can I cancel the monthly plan anytime?
Yes. There is no lock-in. You simply do not renew. I keep my client list small, so if you leave, that slot opens for someone else.
