No. I find the root cause instead of patching over it, then test the page on mobile, tablet and desktop before delivery. I do not make unnecessary changes to your site.
How fast can you start?
Usually within a few hours. If your site is down, message me before ordering and I will tell you exactly when I can start.
How many issues are included in one order?
Basic covers one small fix, Standard covers one complex fix, Premium covers up to four issues. If you have more, message me and I will send a custom offer.
Can you fix PHP or JavaScript errors too?
My main focus is HTML and CSS front-end fixes. If the bug sits in PHP or JavaScript, I will work on that as well when it is needed to solve the issue you ordered.
Will you take a backup before fixing?
Yes. I take a full backup before touching anything, so your site can always be restored. For complex issues I work on staging first to protect your live traffic.

Yes, WP Admin access is required so I can diagnose the real cause. For server level errors I may also need FTP or cPanel access. Everything stays confidential, and I remove my access after delivery if you ask.
