what do you need to install SSL on Godaddy?
Login to godaddy account, Domain provider's login, Cloudflare login.
Why you need all these logins?
In case you want to setup cloudflare ssl, the above said logins will be required. If you want to run let'sencrypt SSL, you can send me login for VPS or whm/cpanel login. It all depends on your current setup. Just drop me a message and I will confirm what's required.
