How will the bot handle permissions and roles in my server, especially for moderation and admin-level actions?
The bot uses role-based checks, so only admins or moderators can use sensitive commands. It follows Discord’s permissions and only works within the access you give it.
For API and CRM/database integration, which services do you support and how many are included?
I support public APIs and MongoDB for database storage. The Standard package includes 1 API, and the Premium package includes up to 3 APIs. Additional APIs or database work can be added as extras or discussed as a custom offer.
How will scalability be handled as my community grows, and how do upgrades work?
The bot is built to scale using efficient code, MongoDB, and rate-limit handling. As your needs grow, new commands, APIs, or optimizations can be added anytime via upgrades or extras.
What is your policy on bug fixes after delivery, and how is that different from paid revisions or new feature requests?
Any bugs related to the delivered features are fixed for free. Revisions cover small adjustments, while new features or major changes are handled as paid extras.
Where will the bot be hosted, who sets that up, and what should I expect regarding uptime and maintenance responsibilities?
You can host the bot on your own server or VPS. I’ll help with setup and deployment, but uptime and ongoing maintenance depend on the hosting you choose. Ongoing support is available as an add-on.
How are bot tokens handled during development and after delivery?
I use my own bot token for development and testing. When delivering the source code, I guide you on where to place your own token and how to deploy the bot securely. Your token is never shared or stored by me.
What is your process for testing the bot thoroughly before delivery, including handling edge cases like high traffic or failed API calls?
I test all commands, permissions, and automations in a private Discord server, simulate high usage, and handle API errors with retries and fallbacks. The bot is delivered only after stable testing and final checks.
