About this gig
Promote your event with a club flyer or event poster designed for print and social media.
I create event artwork with clear information, strong visual hierarchy and a consistent style across the formats you need.
Choose your package:
- Basic: one single-sided flyer in one print size.
- Standard: Basic plus square and story adaptations and the editable static PSD.
- Premium: Standard plus one silent 10-second motion loop in one agreed format.
Every package includes one event, one design direction, a print PDF, digital JPG/PNG exports and two consolidated revision rounds. Social resizes adapt the same approved design. Basic PSD is an optional extra; editable animation projects are not included.
Send your final event text, logo, usable photos, dimensions, style references and deadline. Printing, copywriting, custom illustration, advanced retouching, music and voiceover are not included.

FAQ
What do you need to start?
Send final event text, your logo, usable photos, print dimensions, style references and deadline. Please confirm you have permission to use supplied material.
Which sizes and formats will I receive?
All packages include one print size as PDF and JPG/PNG exports. Standard and Premium also include 1080 x 1080 square and 1080 x 1920 story adaptations. Confirm print dimensions and printer bleed requirements before work starts.
Do I need to supply photos and logos?
Please supply any specific photos and logos you want included, with permission to use them. If you need stock imagery, discuss suitable licensed options and any additional cost before ordering.
Is a motion flyer included?
Premium includes one silent 10-second MP4 loop of the approved design in one agreed aspect ratio. Basic and Standard are static. Custom 3D, character animation, music and voiceover are not included.
What does a revision include?
Each package includes two consolidated feedback rounds in total. Revisions adjust the agreed design. A new concept, different event or major content rewrite may need an extra quote. Approve the static design before motion production.
What is a social resize?
A social resize adapts the approved design to another size or aspect ratio. Standard and Premium include square and story versions. Resizes do not include a new concept or a different event.
Can you deliver within 24 hours?
Please message me before ordering. Rush availability depends on the scope and my current workload. Standard delivery is 2 days for Basic, 3 days for Standard and 4 days for Premium.
Are editable source files included?
Standard and Premium include the static artwork's editable Photoshop file. Basic PSD is a $15 extra. Editable animation projects are not included. Ask before ordering if you need another software format.
Are printing and copywriting included?
You provide approved text, and I supply the design files listed in your package. Printing, copywriting, custom illustration and advanced retouching are not included. An additional side of the same flyer is available as a paid extra.
