Why should I message you before ordering?
Every store is different. A quick message lets me check your request and confirm the right package, price and delivery time, so there are no surprises after you order.
Will my changes break when WooCommerce or my theme updates?
No. I use WooCommerce hooks in a child theme or a small custom plugin. I never edit core, theme or plugin files directly, so your changes survive updates.
Can you do it without adding more plugins?
Usually, yes. Custom code is lighter and faster than stacking extra plugins, and it keeps your store clean and easier to maintain.
What access do you need?
A temporary WordPress admin login and hosting access (cPanel, SFTP or SSH). Please change your passwords after delivery.
Will you test before making changes on my live store?
Yes. I work on a staging site whenever your host allows it. If it doesn't, I take a full backup before touching anything.
Can you connect my store to another system?
Yes. I can connect WooCommerce to CRMs, ERPs, Google Sheets, shipping or payment services using the REST API or webhooks. Send me the system's name first so I can check its API.
Do you offer ongoing support?
Yes. My monthly store care plan covers updates, backups, uptime monitoring and 1 hour of small fixes. Ask me about it after your order.
