Yes, you need to buy theme yourself, and for the rest you can rely on me. (the reason you have to buy yourself is because Thrive Theme is registered/licensed on the name of person who buy it.) So for the complete ownership it is better to get it yourself.
Q: 2 Will I be able to edit website on my own easily?
Of course, you can make changes yourself with ease. You can edit page elements, add plenty of products, include images and many more.
Q: 3 What do I need to get started?
Things I will need from your end are basically, your website login detail, content (such as logo, images, text etc.) Your reference/competitor’s website (optional) and that’s it, isn’t it easy.
