FAQ
How many voices can you do?
Hard to say until I try. I have a fairly wide range, but usually those on the deeper end are easier. Just give me an idea of what your looking for and I will explore my range and let you know.
Are there any limitations?
Voices that are more demanding, such as deep growels or pushing a higher pitch, tend to be damaging to my vocal cords, as much as I love doing them. As such I request that scripts are not overly wordy if a unique voice is picked just to give space (it is fine if a regular voice is chosen).
What is your recording setup?
I use a Hyper X audio recording microphone with Voicemod set to clear for a cleaner sound removing background audio. Finally I use Audacity for clean up of audio files to remove any fragments should they appear. This is all provided free of charge, however you may request "raw" audio upon order.
How long will this take to record?
Assuming I am in good health and have access to my recording setup I will be available to record any day. However I do request contact first just to check I am indeed available otherwise I would have to reject an order.
Would you be willing to become a voice actor for a larger product (Movie/Series/Game)?
Of course! I love voice acting and enjoy exploring creative venues. Just get in touch and we can discuss this further.
Can you sing?
I wish. I'm not the worst but I could definitely go back to vocal classes before I would offer that kind of service. The most I have done is be a background singer in an orchestra.
