What file formats will I receive?
.GLB / .GLTF format, which is the standard and most efficient format for web viewers and e-commerce platforms
Can you work with AI-generated models, rough sketches, or photos?
Absolutely. I can take messy AI meshes, product photos from different angles, or basic sketches and rebuild them into a web-ready 3D model
Do you include the original Blender source file (.blend)?
The source file is not included in the basic package by default. However, you can easily add the original .blend file to your order as a Gig Extra during checkout if you need it for future modifications
Which package should I choose for my specific product?
It depends on the complexity of your product. Simple shapes like boxes, bottles, or minimalist items fit the Basic package. Electronics, shoes, or furniture go into Standard. Highly detailed sports sneakers, complex apparel, or industrial machinery require the Premium package.
What do I need to provide to start the project?
Please provide as much reference of your product as possible from multiple angles (front, side, back, top), or detailed sketches/references. If you have specific branding colors, dimensions, or textures you want me to match, please include those as well to ensure the best result.
