What do I need to get started?
You will need to have the screens of your app ready, on every device you want me to create screenshots for. If applicable, you will need to have the text ready. This generally consists of a Title and/or Subtitle that is visible in the screenshots.
Do I need to provide screenshots for different layouts and platforms?
Do I need to provide screenshots for different layouts and platforms? If your requirements include screenshots designs for different platforms then I recommend you capture screenshots on different mobile and tablet devices before placing the order. This ensures quality delivery.
What screenshots devices sizes do you provide?
I will provide screenshots for the following devices: iPhone 11 Pro Max-6.5inch (1242*2688) iPhone 8 Plus- 5.5 Inch (1242*2208) Google Pixel 4XL (1500*3000). If your app is available on tablets: iPad Pro-12.9 Inch (2048*2732) Android Tablet- HTC Nexus 9 (1536*2048)
Do Client need to provide the text for the screenshots?
Of course Yes, if you want me to add a title/subtitle in a screenshot, you will have to provide the text in order for me to do so. I will be able to assist in optimizing the text if the situation calls for it.
Do you provide iPad / Tablet screenshots?
Yes, I will provide screenshots for iPad (App Store) and Tablet (Play Store).
How long does it take to deliver the screenshots?
It will take 2-3 days depending on the number of screenshots. For an extra $, I will prioritize your order and deliver within 12hrs.
Why do you need screenshots for more than one device?
According to Apple and Google policy, you must upload screenshots for all supported devices. Let's suppose your app support all iPhones. Then you must upload screenshots for both iPhone 8 and iPhone 11 otherwise your app will not be available to all iPhone users.
Do you design panoramic screenshots?
Yes, I can design all types of screenshots including panoramic screenshots according to your inspiration.
