To kickstart this gig I will need that you provide reference photos showing the preferred architectural style and frontage. Or provide the architectural plans if available
BASIC: 4 exterior 3D renders.
STANDARD: 4 Exterior 3D Renders plus 4 Interior Renders.
PREMIUM: 4 Exterior Renders , 4 Interior Renders plus Video Animation. The walk-through video shows the Main Bedroom and Main Ensuite and Main Walk-In Cupboards interiors. It also shows the kitchen, dining and living area Interiors plus the exterior of the house from all four sides

Can I build my house using drawings from this Gig?
Only the standard and premium versions of the gig can be used for construction. SOME local municipalities do NOT require detailed drawings to approve plans. That's because kitchen, bathroom and staircase specialist etc usually prepare their own shop drawings for installation.
Do you assist with municipal submission and approval of building plans?
If you're a homeowner in Canada, the US and some other countries, the law allows you to submit building plans by yourself. We can liase with your locally based agent (a local draftsperson) to assist with ascertaining compliance. Please note that this gig does NOT include Permit drawings.
