About this gig
This gig offers a professionally designed, high-end bespoke residential design. As professional architect I recommend my pre-drawn Luxury Plans Gig in case Time and/or Budget are limiting factors.
To kickstart this gig I will need a list of room names and areas you need to be incorporated. Please provide reference photos showing the preferred architectural style and frontage.
BASIC: Design floor plans with room names and areas plus 4 exterior 3D renders for design review. Plans are undimensioned and not for construction. Site plan is provided.
STANDARD: Everything in Basic + dimensioned, construction-ready plans with technical notes and site positioning to local requirements all at one approved scale. Includes 4 elevations, 2 sections, electrical layout, water-reticulation plan, and door/window schedules showing overall opening sizes.
PREMIUM: Everything in Standard + detailed drawings for kitchen cabinetry, main ensuite, walk-in closet and typical bulkhead ceilings at 1:10, 1:20 or agreed scale, including plans and up to 2 sectional elevations per each of the 3 applicable rooms.

Can I build my house using drawings from this Gig?
Only the standard and premium versions of the gig can be used for construction. SOME local municipalities do NOT require detailed drawings to approve plans. That's because kitchen, bathroom and staircase specialist etc usually prepare their own shop drawings for installation.
How long do you take to complete the gig?
The Basic gig takes 5 days. The Standard Gig takes 10 days. The Premium gig takes 21 days.
Do you assist with local authority/municipal approval of building plans?
In (Canada,USA and others) owners can submit the building plans themselves. We can liase with your local agent (e.g draftsperson) if you prefer that. We will ascertain that building plans comply with local standards, codes and byelaws. NB: Compliance may require detailed drawings in some areas.
