Yes, always. The code is yours to keep, move to any server, and hand to another developer. No lock-in and no monthly fee to me.
Can you host the bot for me?
Yes. Setup on a server is an extra, and hosting itself costs you about 5 to 10 dollars a month on your own account. Or I deploy it on your existing server at no extra cost.
