What types of Python scripts can you fix?
Automation scripts, data processing scripts, web scrapers, CLI tools, file processing workflows. Not ML model training or complex algorithm implementation.
What do you need from me to start?
Your Python script(s), the error message or description of the problem, and what behavior you expect vs what's happening.
Can you fix scripts that use specific libraries?
Yes - pandas, requests, selenium, openpyxl, and most common libraries. If unsure, message me first.
What if the script works but is just slow?
I can optimize it. Standard and Premium packages include performance improvements.
Do you write new scripts from scratch?
This gig is for fixing existing scripts. For new automation, send a custom request.
What counts as a revision?
A revision is a change request after I deliver. Bug fixes to my own work don't count as revisions.
What if you can't fix the bug?
I'll explain what I found and why it can't be fixed in the current approach, with recommendations for alternatives.
Do you add tests?
Standard and Premium packages include basic test coverage. I use pytest.
Can you work with poorly documented code?
Yes, but delivery may take longer. Let me know upfront if there's no documentation.
What about complex refactors or algorithm rewrites?
Those require a custom quote. This gig covers debugging and optimization, not architectural changes.
