This is not a 3D model with guesswork behind it. It's a defensible engineering baseline you can take to investors, manufacturers, or your own build program.

The process:

1. Requirements definition mission profile, payload, range/endurance, constraints (we align on a call)
2. Initial sizing MTOM estimation, wing loading and power loading selection via constraint analysis
3. Configuration design geometry in OpenVSP + CATIA, empennage sizing, landing gear placement
4. Aerodynamic analysis VSPAERO polars, drag buildup, (L/D) performance
5. Propulsion BEMT propeller design/selection, motor-battery sizing for electric aircraft
6. Stability & control static margin, CG envelope, tail volume verification
7. Performance & loads V-n diagram, mission performance estimates
8. Deliverables full engineering report, CAD package, presentation deck
