5. Handover: You get the final .pbix file and notes so your team can use and update it.

What data sources do you work with?
I work with Excel, CSV, SQL databases, SharePoint and other Power BI-compatible sources. Premium includes standard API or Microsoft Fabric connections after I review your scope.
Does my data need to be clean before I order?
No, not perfectly. Every package includes light data cleaning and transformation. Larger data-engineering work needs separate scoping.
Do you work on existing Power BI dashboards?
Yes. I improve or extend existing PBIX files when the work fits your package. Before you order, send me a description of your current dashboard and the changes you need.
Will you define my business KPIs?
Each package covers refining and implementing clear KPI requirements. Unsure which KPIs matter, what to measure or what to build first? Start with my AI-Readiness Data & BI Consultation before implementation.
Does Premium include automated refresh in Power BI?
Yes, if your data source and Power BI environment support scheduled refresh, and you hold the required Microsoft licenses and access. Complex gateways, networking or enterprise infrastructure need extra scoping.
Do you provide the Power BI source file?
Yes. All three packages include the final PBIX file and the agreed deliverables.
What counts as a revision?
A revision covers reasonable changes within your original requirements. Examples include visual adjustments, formatting and corrections. New pages, new data sources, new KPIs or major requirement changes count as extra scope.
Do you build AI agents, RAG systems or Copilot solutions in this Gig?
No. This Gig covers Power BI decision dashboards and AI-assisted insights. For broader AI architecture, start with my AI-Readiness Data & BI Consultation.
Do you need my Microsoft/Fabric credentials?
No. Never send your personal password. For Fabric or Power BI Service work, give me one of these: Project-specific workspace access A temporary or guest account with the permissions the work requires Your administrator handles administrative changes. I guide them through each step.
Should I contact you before ordering?
Message me first if your requirements are unclear, you need more sources or pages than your package allows, or you need complex APIs, enterprise login, Fabric, cloud setup, messy data fixes, ETL work or AI features. For a simple dashboard within package scope, order directly.
