What data formats do you accept?
I work with Excel (.xlsx), CSV, Google Sheets, SQL databases, and most online data sources. If you're unsure about your format, just message me before ordering and I'll confirm compatibility.
Do I need to have Power BI installed to use the dashboard?
No! I deliver a .pbix file which requires free Power BI Desktop to open. I'll also provide a PDF export so you can view and share your report without any software. For Premium orders, I also offer web embedding via Power BI Service.
What if my data is messy or unorganized?
No problem at all! Data cleaning and transformation using Power Query is included in Standard and Premium packages. For Basic orders, please ensure your data is reasonably clean before sharing.
Can you connect to live or real-time data sources?
Yes! Live data connectivity from SQL, Google Sheets, or APIs is available in Standard and Premium packages. This means your dashboard automatically updates when your data changes.
How do I share my data with you securely?
You can share your files directly through Fiverr's encrypted messaging system. I treat all client data with strict confidentiality and never share or store your data after project completion.
Can you match my company's branding and colors?
