What do you need from me to get started?
Just a clear description of what you need and any existing materials content, branding, access to current systems. I'll send you a short list after you order. If you're unsure what you need, message me first and we'll work it out together.
What if the first version isn't what I wanted?
That's what revisions are for, and every package includes them. Tell me what's off and I'll fix it. This is also why I encourage a quick message before you order the clearer the brief, the fewer rounds we need.
Do you offer support after delivery?
Yes. There's a monthly maintenance option as an extra, covering monitoring, updates and small changes. You can also add it later just message me.
My project seems bigger than your packages. What now?
Message me with the details and I'll send a custom offer. Most larger projects are better scoped properly than squeezed into a fixed package.
How quickly do you reply?
Usually within a few hours. I'm in the IST time zone but work flexibly with clients in the US, UK, Europe and the Gulf, so time difference isn't an issue.
Do I need to know n8n or anything technical to use this?
No. I build it, test it and hand it over with documentation and a walkthrough. You just use it. If you want to make changes yourself later, I'll show you how.
Will this work with the tools I already use?
Almost certainly. n8n connects to hundreds of tools, and anything with an API can be integrated. Message me with what you're using and I'll confirm before you order.
Are there ongoing costs after delivery?
There can be. AI models and some third-party services charge per use. I'll give you a clear estimate of running costs before we start so there are no surprises and I'll design it to keep those costs low.
What happens if the automation breaks?
Everything is built with error handling and logging, so failures are visible rather than silent. Issues within the delivery period are fixed at no cost, and ongoing monitoring is available as a maintenance extra.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Nothing is stored beyond what your workflow requires, credentials are handled properly, and self-hosted deployment is available if you want everything on your own server
