I will create and translate subtitles for your video

Hi, I'm an Italian translator with great passion for geeky content, cinema and queer stories. I have a three-year degree in Foreign Languages and Literatures and a four-month experience in creating and translating subtitles for short films at the "La Guarimba International Film Festival". I have already worked with fiction, animation and documentaries, including LGBTQIA+ related content.

In order to provide you with accurate and accessible subtitles, I will

• watch and analyse your video, to get familiar with its topic
• transcribe the dialogues if needed
• provide bilingual subtitles (one language per line) if needed
• synchronize the subtitles with the video
• translate the subtitles to Italian, making sure that the language used is inclusive and unbiased
• make a final revision, checking the spelling, the grammar and the flow of the dialogues
• embed the subtitles to the video if needed
