How many feedback/revision rounds do you include?
All our offers includes 3 (three) rounds of revision. We recommend gathering all of the feedback and taking the time to revisit the deliverable before requesting changes in order to make the best use of these rounds. We offer additional rounds in the "Extras" section.
Turnaround Time: How long does it typically take for edits to be completed?
The turnaround time for any edit round ranges from 24 to 72 hours, depending on the complexity. For any new approach, the timeframe extends to around 5 business days to ensure thorough consideration and execution.
What is your work process?
We'll work together with you and ask a set of questions in order for us to get a better understanding of your brand and vision. Wee'll then use what we've learned to create the visual proposals. We'll present you with a deck where you can see the visual universe of your brand.
