Make your Shopify catalog clearer, more consistent and easier to browse.
I will clean up a defined batch using your approved product information.
Included:
- Format supplied titles and descriptions (up to 150 words per product)
- Match photos to the correct products
- Resize up to 2 supplied images per product to one agreed canvas
- Assign products to approved existing collections
- Provide a before/after sample, change log and final listing check
I have hands-on experience organizing a real retail Shopify catalog.
One-time batches: 10, 30 or 60 simple single-variant listings. Each product is assigned to one approved existing collection. New uploads require complete supplied data.
Revisions: 1 Basic, 1 Standard, 2 Premium.
No ongoing store, order or payment management. Background removal, reconstruction, CSV imports, variants, new copywriting, theme work and SEO or sales guarantees are excluded. Advanced photo edits shown in the gallery are separate work.
Prices, stock and SKUs change only with explicit approval.

Can you clean existing products or upload new ones?
Yes. I clean existing listings or upload new simple, single-variant products when you supply complete approved titles, descriptions, photos and required fields. Please send 5 representative products before ordering.
What image editing is included?
Packages include photo matching and resizing up to 2 supplied images per product to one agreed canvas. Background removal, retouching and AI reconstruction are separate services. Advanced gallery photo edits require a separate quote after reviewing your photos.
Will you rewrite descriptions or improve SEO?
I format your supplied titles and descriptions, up to 150 description words per product. New copywriting, keyword research and SEO ranking or sales guarantees are not included.
Can you handle variants or bulk CSV imports?
These packages cover simple single-variant listings. Variant restructuring, supplier CSV repairs and bulk CSV imports need a separate review and quote.
What access do you need?
We will agree appropriate limited Shopify collaborator or staff access through Fiverr. Please do not send your personal password. Access should cover only the products and collections needed for the agreed work.
What counts as a revision?
Basic and Standard include 1 consolidated revision; Premium includes 2. Revisions correct the agreed batch within the original brief. New products, new copy or a different structure are additional scope. I correct my own mistakes against the brief without extra fees.
Are the gallery examples real client results?
The gallery reuses my personal retail catalog work. It shows existing AI-assisted product photo examples and a constructed catalog-organization demo. These are labeled samples, not client results or measured sales improvements.
Do you use AI tools?
I may use assistance for formatting and checking, with human review. I preserve approved product facts and honor agreed tool restrictions. State confidentiality preferences before ordering; confidential material is handled only through an approved workflow.
