No. It drafts, you send. (Also can send, but only with your Consent)

Where does it run?
On a small cloud instance I set up, or on your infrastructure.
Is my data safe?
Only the accounts you connect are read, nothing is stored beyond what the assistant needs, and I sign an NDA on request.
