About this gig

Hello amazing buyer,

Your player has already seen this cottage. Not in your game in three other cozy indie titles this year, because it came from the same low poly pack everyone reaches for first. That recognition costs more than you'd think; it's the difference between "charming" and "familiar" in a Steam review.

I start every stylized project with a Style Guide Lock: a small custom palette and prop-proportion sheet built to your game before any scene work begins, so nothing traces back to a pack anyone can find with a search bar. It also means your second, third, and tenth environment stay visually consistent with the first, in Unity or Unreal Engine 5, without re explaining your art direction every time you reorder.

Send a mood board, your engine, and the feel you're after cozy, minimal, toylike, retro-PS1. You will get a scene with baked lighting and optimized draw calls, plus the style guide itself, so the next order starts already knowing your world

Hello, I'm zico I design Unity/Unreal Engine 5 environments for indie devs across four specializations: medieval/fantasy RPG worlds, horror and haunted ruins, game interiors, and stylized low poly scenes. Each gig follows its own reference matching process, not a onesize template I will check your mood board against overused Marketplace kits before quoting, so what you get doesn't read as familiar to your players. I will deliver UE5 and Unity map ready: baked lighting, LODs, collision. Tell me the genre and I'll point you to the right gig instead of upselling you into the wrong one
