How it works after I place the order.
After having a look at your "order requirements" I will first Sketch the logo & get it approved from you. Then, I will work on the static designs & show it to you in case you need any changes. After the static designs are approved from you, I will move towards the animations and deliver the project.
What is Social Media Kit (SMK)?
Social Media Kit displayed on the Gig is your social media handles/tags ( Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Discord etc.) in your screens (Starting Soon, Ending Soon, BRB, etc).
Can I change my Original Requirements during Project in progress?
If the designs are already completed and shared with you, you cannot change your original requirements and changing them will cost extra and take more time. But if the work has not yet started, you can change your requirements. Please ensure it shouldn't be an additional work, as it will cost extra.
I also want emotes and sub-badges along with my package. Can I also get these?
Yes, you can select these form Gig Extras.
I could not find a package that suits me well, What should I do?

I am YouTube/Facebook Streamer; not a Twitch Streamer. Can you also design overlays form me?
Yes, we design overlays for all the three platforms (Twitch/YouTube/Facebook).
I see you have many orders in queue, will it effect my delivery time?
No. The orders in queue will never effect your project timeline. But the delay on your behalf could extent timeline. Please make sure that you are available at the times when I send you the designs for your approval.
Does the package come with different themes for different screens and alerts?
The package includes the same theme for all the screens with the only difference in text. The same is the case with alerts. If you want different themes please contact us and we can discuss them further.
What is a Face Mascot logo?
It's a logo in which the character is based on your face picture. You have to provide a clear picture of you for that in the " order requirements".
