Hi.. I'm freelancing in 3D interior & exterior for architectural presentation, has done many design before for local clients. The software I use for this kind of jobs is AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max, V-Ray and Corel Photopaint. Because my background is Civil Engineering, I'm also fluent in AutoCAD 2D. Making Shop drawings, As Built drawings, revision for construction drawings, etc. is my daily basis.

Do I need to provide a 3D model, or can you build it from scratch?
Either works! I can model your space from a floor plan, sketch, or reference photos, or render a 3D model you already have (if you provide one, turnaround may be faster even cheaper).
What software do you use?
3ds Max for modeling, with Corona and V-Ray for rendering — both industry-standard for photorealistic architectural visualization. I also use AutoCAD for modeling or any other drawing purpose.
Can you match a specific style or reference image?
Yes. Send me reference photos, a mood board, or a Pinterest link and I'll match the style, materials, and mood as closely as possible.
Do I get the source file?
Source files (.max) are included in the Premium package, or available as a paid add-on for Basic/Standard.
What counts as a revision?
Adjustments within the same scope — lighting, materials, colors, camera angle, or furniture placement. Adding rooms, changing the layout, or a full style change counts as a new order. Extra revisions beyond your package are available as an add-on.
My room is bigger than the package limit, or I need more rooms/faster delivery. What do I do?
Message me first with your room size and details, or check the Gig Extras for additional rooms, camera angles, or rush delivery. For large or complex commercial projects, I'll send a custom quote.
