FAQ
1. Do I need to contact you before ordering?
Contacting me first is recommended, especially if your image has small details, multiple elements or unclear shapes. I can review it and recommend the correct package.
2. What type of image should I provide?
Vector files such as SVG, AI, EPS or PDF provide the best results. High-resolution PNG or JPG images are also accepted if the design has clear edges and good contrast.
3. Can you convert any image into an STL file?
Not every image can be converted directly. Simple logos, text, symbols and silhouettes work best. Photographs, realistic portraits, characters and complex illustrations may require a custom offer or may not be suitable for this gig.
4. Can you recreate a low-quality or blurry logo?
Basic cleanup may be possible, but complete logo reconstruction or vectorization is not included. Please send the image before ordering so I can evaluate it.
5. Will the STL be ready for 3D printing?
I will prepare the model as a closed 3D solid and perform a basic geometry check. Final printing results depend on your printer, material, slicer settings, scale and orientation.
6. Can you add a keychain hole or mounting holes?
Yes. A basic keychain hole or simple mounting holes can be added when requested. More complex mounting systems may require an additional charge.
7. Can you create a multicolor model?
I can separate different areas or heights when the design allows it. Please contact me before ordering if you need separate parts, multicolor printing or a specific printing method.
8. What is included in a revision?
A revision includes reasonable adjustments to the original design, such as size, thickness or hole placement. A different logo, image or completely new concept is not considered a revision.
9. Can you create a complete three-dimensional object from photographs?
No. This gig is intended for flat, extruded or relief-based designs. Complete objects, mechanical parts, sculptures and detailed models require a different service or custom offer.
10. Will you share my logo or design?
Your files and project information will not be intentionally shared with third parties. If you require an NDA, please send it before ordering so I can review the terms.
