Do I need a Microsoft Fabric license?
For Fabric-specific features (warehouses, pipelines), yes — a Fabric capacity or trial is required. I can advise on what you need. For standard Power BI reports only, a Power BI Pro license is sufficient.
What data sources can you connect?
Excel, CSV, SQL Server, Azure SQL, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, REST APIs, Google Sheets, and most compatible sources. If you're unsure, send me a message first.
Do you build the data model or just the visuals?
Both. A proper star schema data model is included in Standard and Premium. Basic covers a single flat-table source.
Can you work with our existing Fabric workspace?
Yes. I can build inside your existing environment with view or edit access, or set up a new workspace from scratch.
What do you need from me to start?
Access to your data source (read-only is fine), a brief on 3–5 key questions the dashboard should answer, and your preferred color scheme or brand guidelines if applicable.

We sent him a spreadsheet from which to create a data dashboard, and he returned a dashboard and multiple ways to track the project's progress that we had yet to consider. These additional tracking options will make it much easier to for us to manage all of our project details.
