I can create a floor in 3d, large, medium, small; from hotels, apartments, restaurants, houses ... etc.

The basic plan only includes walls, floors, doors and windows, perfect for a quick visualization of the project, with 1 render. Source File The price of this plan is $ 15

The intermediate or standard plan includes walls, floors, doors, windows and the entire interior with furniture, with 1 render. Source File The price of this plan is $ 20

The Full or Premium plan includes everything + 2 high quality renders with good lighting, to better appreciate the final project. Source File. The price of this plan is $ 30

Fact to keep in mind: the furniture used is generic for all the renders, if you want some specific ones and you have to model one or more of them, the price already increases
