Do you use machine translation?
No. I translate every text by hand and proofread it before delivery, so it sounds natural to Dutch readers rather than like a literal translation.
Can you translate from Dutch to English as well?
Yes, I work in both directions: English to Dutch and Dutch to English. Just tell me the direction and the purpose of the text when you order.
What file formats do you accept?
I accept Word, Google Docs, plain text and most other editable formats. For PDFs or images, message me first so I can check whether the text can be extracted properly.
How is the word count calculated?
I count the words in your source text for PDF/images or in the document itself. If your text is longer than the package allows, message me before ordering and I'll send you a custom offer, or you can add extra words with an Extra.
What if I want changes after delivery?
Revisions are included in every package. If something doesn't match your tone or terminology, tell me and I'll adjust it. For terms specific to your business, send a glossary beforehand.
