About this gig
This gig will include my Male or Female plan, with eating and workout instructions, and a video introduction explaining my top tips & secrets.

It has been inspired by the knowledge i have picked up over the years, from some a top 5 middleweight UFC fighter , nutritionists & friends / trainers with incredible bodies, who are just as passionate as i am about getting & staying in shape.
Please remember this is MY diet / workout plan, it's what I do day in day out. I'm very proud of my body, and what you will receive is exactly what i do to achieve it.
The gig comes with a detailed video explaining the plan and the reason's why i believe it works so well.
THIS IS NOT A PERSONALISED PLAN, but it has been slightly adapted for Females.
The Basic plan for $5 isn't very detailed about workout out.
Where as the Premium plan (Gig Extra) goes into much more detail, about everything!

FAQ
Is this plan suitable for vegetarians?
Sort of - although there is meat in my diet, a lot of veggies have ordered this before and been very satisfied. It just takes a bit of thought with what is best to replace the meat. Just ask if you need ideas - I don't bite.
Is this a personalised plan?
No - this is not a personalised plan. This is exactly what I do day in day out to achieve the body I have. It's a lot harder than you think - but if you stick to it. You WILL see results.
How long does it take to see results?
If you stick to it - RELIGIOUSLY - you should start to see results in 8 weeks.
Whats the difference between the Basic and PREMIUM.
The basic plan is very basic with the gym working out section. The PREMIUM plan is far more detailed in every area. This is my recommendation, that you get the PREMIUM plan.
Do I need a gym membership?
Yes it is definitely recommended to get the best results. Unless you're able to do a workout with the resources you have at home.

Very plain jane. I mean, what do you expect for $5? Only thing that irked me was how every single day of the week was copy and pasted with the exact same meal for breakfast lunch and dinner. But again...it's $5.
