I don't know what's wrong - can you still help?
Yes, that's normal. Describe what you're seeing and send a screenshot. Diagnosing it is my job, not yours.
What counts as one "fix"?
One problem, however long it takes me. If the contact form is broken, that's one fix even if the cause turns out to be three things tangled together. I don't pad the count.
What if you can't fix it?
I'll tell you before you order if I don't think I can help, and I'll usually be able to point you somewhere that can.
Do I risk losing my website?
No. I take a full backup before I change anything, so the site can always be put back exactly as it was.
