Do I need a Microsoft 365 or Power Platform licence to use what you build?
Yes. Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and Power Apps require active Microsoft licences in your tenant. I can advise on the correct licences for your use case, but procurement is on your side. If you're unsure what you need, message me before ordering.
Can you work inside our existing Microsoft 365 tenant?
Yes. I typically work via a guest account or a developer environment you provision. I do not need Global Admin access Environment Admin or the relevant service roles are sufficient. All builds are delivered inside your tenant and handed over fully.
What information do I need to provide to get started?
A brief description of what you want the bot or automation to do, the data sources involved (SharePoint lists, Dataverse tables, external APIs, etc.), and any existing flows or apps you want integrated. The more context you share, the faster and cleaner the build.
Will you document the solution so my team can maintain it?
Yes, always. Every delivery includes a handover document covering architecture decisions, flow logic, environment variables, and how to extend or modify the solution. For Premium packages this includes a short walkthrough video.
Can you integrate Copilot Studio with our SharePoint knowledge base?
Yes. Copilot Studio's generative answers feature can pull from SharePoint sites, uploaded documents, or public URLs as knowledge sources. I'll configure the knowledge base, set up fallback topics, and test accuracy before delivery.
Do you build Power Apps model-driven apps or only canvas apps?
Both. Canvas apps are included in Standard and Premium packages. Model-driven apps (Dataverse-driven, fully relational) are available as a custom order message me with your data model and I'll scope it accurately.
What if the project turns out to be larger than the package I ordered?
I'll flag it before starting, not after. If your requirements exceed the scope after we've discussed them, I'll send a custom offer with a revised price and timeline. No surprise charges mid-project.
Can you build Copilot extensions or plugins for Microsoft 365 Copilot?
Yes. This includes Copilot Studio-based agents published as Microsoft 365 Copilot extensions, prompt plugins, and API-based connectors. Note that Microsoft 365 Copilot licences (separate from Copilot Studio licences) are required in your tenant for this.
