Can you work inside our existing Microsoft 365 tenant?
Yes. I work via a guest account or an environment you provision. Environment Admin access is sufficient. Everything is built and handed over inside your tenant.
What is the difference between a Canvas app and a Model-driven app?
Canvas apps give you full control over layout and design, ideal for specific workflows and custom interfaces. Model-driven apps are driven by your Dataverse data structure and suit complex, relational business processes like CRM or case management.
What data sources can you connect to?
