FAQ
Do I need to give you access to my Shopify store?
Yes, most projects require Shopify collaborator access with the appropriate permissions. If we're connecting external applications, I may also need relevant API credentials or authorised access. I'll explain exactly what's required before starting.
What types of Shopify automations can you build?
Examples include order notifications, customer tagging, inventory updates, fulfilment workflows, Google Sheets synchronisation and connections with external applications. The available options depend on your Shopify plan, apps and API capabilities.
What's the difference between the three packages?
Basic covers one simple automation using native Shopify tools. Standard covers one agreed custom workflow or integration. Premium covers up to three related workflows within one integration project. I'll confirm the exact scope before you order.
Can you connect Shopify to Google Sheets, CRMs or other applications?
Yes, provided the applications support suitable APIs, webhooks or integration methods. I can assess the connection you need and recommend an appropriate solution. Some integrations may require paid third-party services.
Will I need to pay for additional apps or subscriptions?
Not necessarily. Some workflows can be built using Shopify's existing functionality. Others may require paid apps, automation platforms or hosting. Any additional costs will be discussed before the project begins and are not included in my gig price.
Will you test the automation before delivery?
Yes. Testing is included in every package. I'll check the agreed triggers, actions and expected results, and explain how to use the completed workflow. Testing depends on having suitable access and test data.
Can you fix or improve an existing Shopify automation?
Yes. I can investigate broken workflows, API errors, failed triggers and integration problems. Please message me with a description of the issue before ordering so I can assess its complexity and recommend the right package.
