FAQ
Do you create or source the images for the ads?
I do not create images. I use the images/videos you provide me. If your photos are not up to standard for ads, I can create some images that will work well as an ad for an extra cost. I am not a pro designer -- your ads will be made in Canva and you will be given access to the design folder.
Can you guarantee results?
Unfortunately not. We can do everything possible to ensure the success of your campaign. FB ads is not a magic wand. If your product is bad, or too expensive, or your website is hard to navigate, or you have speed issues, then that can affect sales too.
Is there any niche you won't work with?
ANYTHING that violates the Facebook Ad Policy. I have the right to refuse your niche if I don't feel comfortable working in that niche. I will not work with Real Estate industry clients who want to find homes for sale.
Are there any hidden costs?
No, you pay my fee for my time and expertise. You will also pay your ad spend, directly debited from your account at your complete discretion. This is NOT included in my fee.
Do you create video ads?
No, I do not. If you want to have video ads done, you will need to hire someone who specializes in that. I will upload and run video ads, but I do not create them.
