FAQ
Do I need to give you access to my hosting account?
Yes, I will need your hosting credentials (cPanel, Plesk or equivalent) and your WordPress admin access. All information shared is treated with strict confidentiality and used solely for the purpose of your project.
Will my site be offline during the migration?
Downtime is kept to an absolute minimum. In most cases, your site remains accessible throughout the process. Any brief interruption is planned in advance and communicated to you beforehand.
Do you make a backup before starting?
Always. A full backup of your files and database is the very first step before any intervention. Your data is never at risk.
What information do I need to provide?
Depending on the service: your current and/or new hosting credentials, FTP/SFTP access, domain registrar access if needed, and your WordPress admin login. I will guide you through exactly what is needed before we start.
My site uses a page builder (Elementor, Divi, WPBakery…). Is that a problem?
Not at all. I work with all major WordPress themes and page builders on a daily basis. Your design and content will be fully preserved.
How long does a migration take?
It depends on the size of your site. A standard migration typically takes between 1 and 4 hours. I will give you a precise estimate after reviewing your setup.
What if something goes wrong after the migration?
I run full post-migration tests before delivering (links, forms, images, admin access). If any issue arises after delivery, I remain available to resolve it promptly.
Can you migrate a WooCommerce store?
Yes. WooCommerce migrations are handled with extra care — products, orders, customers and settings are all fully preserved.
