Do you provide the source file?
Yes, EMB source file is FREE for all new clients. Other sellers charge $10 extra. You can edit it later if needed.
What information do you need to start?
Just send me: 1. Your design image, 2. Size in inches, 3. Fabric type like hat, jacket, denim, 4. Machine format like DST or PES. I will start immediately.
What if the design does not work on my machine?
I offer 3 free revisions to fix any issue. My files are tested on Tajima & Barudan machines. If it still doesn't run perfect, I give 100% money back. No risk for you.
