FAQ
Will I get the editable source file?
Yes! All packages (Basic, Standard, Premium) include the fully editable source files (CDR, EPS, PDF) so you can edit them later or scale them to any size without losing quality.
My printer uses an old version of CorelDraw (e.g., X7 or X4). Can you save it for that version?
Yes, absolutely! By default, I save in a newer version, but I can down-save the .CDR file to any legacy version you need (X3, X4, X7, etc.) so your machine can open it without error. Please just mention the version you need.
Do you use auto-tracing software?
No. I do 100% manual vector tracing using the Pen Tool in Adobe Illustrator. This ensures clean lines, sharp corners, and no random glitches usually found in auto-tracing.
My image is very complex/detailed (e.g., mascot, sketch). Which package should I choose?
Please choose the Premium Package for complex details. The Basic and Standard packages are for simple logos and text-based designs. If you are unsure, feel free to message me first!
Can you deliver in less than 24 hours?
Yes, my standard delivery is 24 hours. However, if you need it urgently (e.g., in 2-4 hours), please message me first to check my availability. I can often accommodate rush orders.
Can you vectorize realistic photos or 3D images?
Vector graphics work best for line art, logos, and flat illustrations. Realistic photos cannot be 100% vectorized while keeping the "photo" look. Please contact me first so I can show you a sample of the expected result.
What if I am not satisfied with the result?
Customer satisfaction is my priority. I offer revisions to ensure the final vector meets your expectations. We will work together until it's perfect.
