My site is down right now. How fast can you start?
Message me before ordering. Most SSL problems are diagnosable in minutes once I can see the error and your DNS setup, and I will tell you honestly whether it is a quick fix or something bigger.
What access do you need?
Usually Cloudflare dashboard access and SSH to the server. For diagnosis alone I can often work from the public error and a few commands you run yourself. I will always tell you the minimum access needed for the job.
I use Let's Encrypt / Cloudflare Origin / a paid certificate. Does that matter?
No. I work with all of them, plus Certbot, acme.sh and Cloudflare Origin certificates on nginx and Apache.
Will you change anything without asking?
No. I show you what I plan to change and why before touching a live site, and I back up any config file I edit.
