I will redesign your restaurant or cafe menu in editable canva

About this gig
Need a clearer menu or updated prices? I will redesign your existing restaurant, cafe, burger shop or bakery menu in Canva using your supplied text, logo and brand colours.
I focus on easy-to-read item names, organised sections and neatly aligned prices.
Every package includes:
- One menu design concept at one agreed size
- Your supplied price updates
- PDF and high-resolution JPG files
- An editable Canva design link
- Two revision rounds within the agreed scope
Basic: 1 page, up to 20 items.
Standard: up to 2 pages, 40 items total.
Premium: up to 4 pages, 80 items total.
Please provide your old menu, final typed item list and prices, logo, colours and required size. A page is one single-sided layout; front and back count as two pages. Each separately priced variation counts as an item.
Packages cover one language and short supplied descriptions. Copywriting, translation, logo creation, photo sourcing and extra pages/items are quoted separately.
Gallery samples are fictional portfolio concepts, not client work. Please message me before ordering if your menu is complex or you only have a blurry photo.
Delivery style preference
Please inform the freelancer of any preferences or concerns regarding the use of AI tools in the completion and/or delivery of your order.

FAQ
What do you need to get started?
Please send your current menu, a final typed list of items and prices, your logo, brand colours, required size and any style references. Tell me which items or prices have changed.
Can you update prices without changing my whole menu?
Yes. Please send the editable Canva design if you have it, or a clear existing menu plus your final price list. I will review the file first and confirm whether a simple update or a rebuild is needed.
Will the Canva menu be editable?
Yes. Menu text and prices will be editable in Canva, and you will receive a design link. You need a Canva account to edit it. I use free elements or supplied assets unless we agree otherwise. PDF and JPG files are not the editable source.
What counts as a page or an item?
One page is one single-sided layout at one size. Front and back count as two pages. Each separately priced menu entry, size or variation counts as one item. The package item limit applies to the entire menu.
What is included in the two revisions?
Two rounds of consolidated changes to the agreed layout, supplied text or prices are included. Extra pages, more items or a new design direction need a separate quote. I will correct my own mistakes without reducing your revision allowance.
Are the files suitable for printing?
I supply a PDF at the agreed page size and a high-resolution JPG. Send your printer's bleed, crop-mark or colour requirements before ordering. Please approve the wording, prices and a print proof before producing a full print run. Physical printing is not included.
Do you write descriptions, create logos or provide food photos?
The packages use your final supplied menu wording, logo and other assets. Copywriting, translation, new logo design, photo sourcing and substantial photo editing are not included. Please ask for a quote if you need extra work.
Are the gallery menus real client projects?
No. CEDAR & CUP, STACK & SIZZLE and PETAL & CRUMB are original fictional portfolio concepts. Their names, menu content and prices are sample material, not completed client projects.
