Yes — I'll need Edit access (not Owner) to your Webflow project. I don't need your login credentials; Webflow lets you invite collaborators directly
What counts as "one fix" on the Basic package?
One focused change — a bug fix, a content/image swap, or a single layout tweak. If you're not sure your request fits, message me the details first and I'll confirm the right tier.
Can you fix a site that wasn't built by you?
Yes — most of my clients on this gig have sites built by someone else (or a template). I don't need the original builder involved.
Do you offer ongoing/monthly support?
Yes — message me before ordering and we can set up a monthly support arrangement that fits your needs.
What if the issue turns out to be bigger than expected once you look at it?
I'll flag it before starting any work and let you know if it needs a higher tier or a custom quote — no surprise charges mid-order
