About this Gig
Books are my constant companions and I always carry either my kindle or a book with me. I know what pulls me in as a reader, and that's why I'm here.
With a background in classic literature and poetry, plus the fact that I'm an avid reader, I approach your story with the care and respect it deserves, whether you are an established or aspiring author. I'll tell you exactly what doesn't work for me as a reader, but I'll also let you know what I find amusing, heart-wrenching, or just amazing.

Are there any genres you don't go for?
I enjoy reading most genres, but there are some I don't. I can't take on books I wouldn't pick as my regular reads. These include some non-fiction, Religion-related novels, dystopian, (post) apocalyptic, political, satire, and books that contain cancer (as part of the main plot).
Do you beta read erotica?
Oh, yes! I do!
Do you offer a sample beta reading?
No. If you want to ascertain whether we're a good match, you can order the basic gig. On the same note, I don't provide samples of previous betas because my work is highly confidential.
How does the Zoom Consultation work?
If you purchase the Zoom Consultation extra, we'll have a chance to discuss my beta report and comments after I've delivered your beta. The call will go through here, Fiverr.
Does this gig include editing as well?
No, just extremely light proofreading. If you're interested in Editing, you can take a look at my Editing gig.
Do you offer a refund?
If I am late on my delivery, I will refund the amount you've paid in its entirety, but not if you don't like my comments. I am willing to discuss anything you want, but I won't apologize for my opinions and thoughts.
Will you Review my work on Amazon, Goodreads, Bookbuds etc.?
No. Under no circumstances will I accept money or incentives of any kind (ex. an extremely positive review here or a tip) in order to review. My opinions and public reviews are always my own.
